Admin & Projects Assistant

Paola is a social impact and operations professional with experience supporting international organizations, NGOs, and mission-driven teams. She has worked across project coordination, research support, executive assistance, and operational management, helping organizations translate strategy into effective execution.

Her experience spans sustainability, humanitarian and community-based initiatives, and organizational operations, where she has supported senior leadership, coordinated multi-stakeholder processes, and contributed to the smooth delivery of projects in remote and multicultural environments. Paola is known for her strong organizational skills, analytical approach, and ability to bring structure and clarity to complex workflows.

She has collaborated with teams across Latin America, Europe, and North America, and brings strengths in documentation, stakeholder coordination, communications, and operational systems that support impact at scale. Paola is bilingual in Spanish and English and currently works with international teams from Colombia.
