Claudia is a digital and AI innovator, product coach, and media executive leader who mentors newsrooms on AI adoption, prototyping, and ethical innovation design. As an Expert Network Associate at Fathm, she coaches global AI programs across Latin America, including WAN-IFRA–OpenAI's Newsroom AI Catalyst, Google News Initiative, and Thomson Reuters Foundation initiatives.

A distinguished data-driven investigative journalist, Claudia has led investigations exposing corruption in Colombia, earning prestigious awards including the Sigma Award and King of Spain International Journalism Award.

Claudia holds a Master's degree in Economic and Social Development Studies from Sorbonne University and a certification in Public Narrative and Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School. She received the U.S. State Department's Alumni Impact Award and previously worked in sales and financial operations for multinational companies in France, the United States, and Mexico. Passionate about creating social impact through technology, she is a visionary entrepreneur and co-founder of Cuestión Pública, a Colombian award-winning investigative media outlet where she previously served as General Director.
